Note: Rentals outside business operations (Before 8 AM and After 5 PM) are not permitted. Standard Pick-up window: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Standard Return window: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Rental Policies & Guidelines

  • Check-In Requirement: All primary riders must present a valid government-issued physical ID at the time of pickup.
  • Prohibited Activities: Off-road racing, stunts, and any structural modifications to our bicycles are strictly forbidden.
  • Payment Policy: Full expected rental payment is required upfront. Applicable GST and security deposits apply.
  • Operating Hours: Pick-up: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Return: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Late returns are subject to hourly extension fees.
  • Roadside Assistance: Any emergency repair support is not provided.
  • Equipment Care: Riders will be charged full replacement or repair cost for any damage, breakage, tire damage, or frame paint marks.
  • Sub-letting: Lending the bicycle to unauthorized third parties is not permitted.
  • Children Policy: Riders below 14 years are not permitted to rent and ride the bicycle.
  • Locking Mandate: Leaving bicycles unlocked or unchained in public pathways is strictly prohibited.
  • Bicycle Security Lockout: To preserve functional parts, do not carry heavy commercial equipment on bicycle racks. ⚠️ Violations will result in a penalty fee of ₹2000.
  • Prohibited Add-ons: Adding mechanical extensions or personal motor attachments is strictly prohibited. If found using, a ₹2000 fine will be collected.
Declaration of Compliance :
I confirm that I have carefully read and understood all policy statements of Velocity Rentals, including the Safety and Locking regulations. I hereby undertake to fully comply with these policies throughout my cycle rental duration. In the event of any violation, I agree to pay a fine of Extra Days Charge (Variable) for unnotified late returns, ₹7,000 (Rupees Seven Thousand) for structure/frame violations, ₹15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) for third-party sub-letting violations, ₹2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand) for lock neglect and ₹2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand) for loading illegal personal equipment, without dispute or objection.
