Murugan Temple
It is a beautiful temple located near the lake, just behind the Sterling Hotel. It is in a small hillock. You need to climb around 50 steps. The steps are easy to climb. The view of the mountains from the temple is incredible. The temple is accessible to tourists at odd hours of noon. However, Iyer/gurukal will not be available during the odd hours.
It is a lovely place not to be missed. You can spend some time and enjoy the peace, silence, and beautiful view of Yelagiri. It is a peaceful and quiet place to spend in Yelagiri. You can spend 1 hour in the evening watching a beautiful sunset.

Perumal Temple
Perumal Temple is one of the most attractive and must-visit temples in Yelagiri. Perumal idol is large and stunningly beautiful. They allow people to see the Lord Venkateswara idol from very close. On the left side of the temple, there is a statue of the Lord Krishna dancing on top of Kaliya(snake).
It is a very calm and beautiful location, and the view from here is incredible. The temple is peaceful and well-maintained, and you can feel the divine touch of God Vishnu. There is an excellent view of the hills from the temple.
The only problem is that the road to reach here is narrow and steep. This place is not very crowded. They have free parking, but only a few cars can be parked.

Kathava Nachi Amman Templ
Arulmigu Nilavur Kathava Nachi Amman Temple is a beautiful temple which is located in a calm and peaceful area in Nilavoor village. It is very cool and pleasant temple. There are lot of open spaces and greenery. You can walk in the garden and temple premises. It has temple pond Located in Nilavoor village. A cliff view point is also located close to this temple.
The banyan tree inside the temple campus is magnificent and visitors will definitely love the peaceful surrounding. Families can spend good time here.

Shiva-Parvathi Temple
This Shiva-parvathi temple is divine and beautiful temple located at Mangalam road in Yelagiri hills. There is a Swamimalai lingam (Swamimalai Hills Trekking) close to this hill where visitors cannot go up and worship. That is the reason why this temple trustees have decided to build a Shiva temple here. It is a must-visit place when you come to Yelagiri hills.
Car parking is also available here. There is a good spot for photos outside the temple. It is less crowded when compared with other temples. At the moment, there is no shadow to sit and relax at this place.
